1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the crown99 online gaming platform, including the website at crown99.one, any associated mobile interfaces, all games, betting products, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("Member", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the crown99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.3 Crown99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the crown99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older ("legal age"). By registering, you warrant and represent that you are of legal age. Crown99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the crown99 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts"), whether in your own name or under aliases or third-party identities, is strictly prohibited. Crown99 will void all balances, bets, and winnings associated with any duplicate accounts discovered, and may permanently ban the Member from the Platform.
2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information, including falsified identity documents, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 KYC Verification. Crown99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents before any withdrawal is processed. Crown99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with crown99. Crown99 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all territories. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.1 Your crown99 account credentials — including username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 You must notify crown99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Crown99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Crown99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. While strongly advised, 2FA remains optional at the Member's discretion.
3.4 Crown99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive account balances may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee deduction.
4.1 All transactions on the crown99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Crown99 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Platform at the relevant time.
4.2 You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Crown99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account flagged for review.
4.3 Crown99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Crown99 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Deposits are final once confirmed to your crown99 account balance. Crown99 does not reverse or cancel confirmed deposits except where required by applicable law or in cases of demonstrable processing error.
4.5 Crown99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits above a specified threshold as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Crown99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification documentation has been submitted and approved.
5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that: (a) is registered in the Member's own name; (b) was used for a prior deposit to the account, unless a verified alternative has been approved by crown99 support; and (c) has been verified as part of KYC.
5.3 Withdrawal processing times are subject to the applicable payment method and any pending verification requirements. Standard processing targets are published on the Platform and are indicative only — crown99 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
5.4 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived balances prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
5.5 Crown99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing time.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by crown99 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sportsbook), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published alongside each promotion.
6.2 A Member is eligible for a welcome bonus only once, on their first deposit from a newly registered crown99 account. Crown99 reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw the welcome bonus from accounts that exploit the offer through duplicate registrations or related activity.
6.3 Crown99 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional campaign is cancelled after you have begun fulfilling the associated wagering requirement, the proportion already completed will be honoured at crown99's discretion.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit; exploiting low-margin bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
6.5 VIP programme rewards are awarded at crown99's discretion and are not contractually guaranteed. Crown99 reserves the right to alter VIP tier structures, point values, and rewards at any time.
7.1 All games available on the crown99 Platform — including live casino table games, slots, and sportsbook products — are governed by their individual game rules published within the relevant game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of the gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, payments, and conduct.
7.2 Crown99 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for applicable games. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories to international gaming authority standards. Certified RTP values for each game are published within the game information panel.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account. Crown99 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.
7.4 For sportsbook events, in the event of a result dispute or obvious pricing error, crown99 reserves the right to void affected bets at its reasonable discretion, with stakes returned to the Member.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crown99 Platform. Crown99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any associated balances:
9.1 Crown99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. A Member may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting crown99 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be closed to betting activity and all marketing communications will cease.
9.3 Crown99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Members who suspect an underage individual is accessing their account must notify crown99 support immediately and change their account credentials.
9.4 Crown99 encourages Members to review the Responsible Gaming page for self-assessment tools and external support resources if gambling is causing concern.
10.1 All content on the crown99 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, text, trademarks, logos, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of crown99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without crown99's prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crown99's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your crown99 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.2 Crown99 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or interruption of service outside crown99's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Crown99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.1 Crown99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the crown99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with crown99, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Crown99 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or for the purpose of preventing fraud and money laundering.
13.1 Crown99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the email address registered on their account with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform.
13.2 If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the applicable governing jurisdiction of crown99's operating entity.
